Requirements
Prerequisites
- Background Check
- Passport (Must be be valid for at least six months beyond departure date)
- Application and fees: Completing all necessary paperwork and paying any required fees is essential. Airfares cost must be deposited before purchase
- Attend all team meetings. This trip requires extensive planning, and as part of your commitment, you are expected to participate in meetings with minimal absences
Responsibilities
- Attend Team Devotionals / Daily Debriefing
- You must be willing to follow the directions of those in authority
- You must be in good physical, mental and spiritual condition. Tolerate Cold weather
- Be willing to engage fully in both the planning and execution of the pop‑up ministry opportunities
Restrictions
- You have to be 18 years old or older
- Ability to walk moderate distances
- Attend all team meetings
- Able to serve effectively during long days of ministry
- Flexible and willing to adapt to last-minute changes in schedule
Preparation
- Attend all team meetings (Participants can miss 1 team meeting).
- Fundraising: Individuals should have all their fees cover 15 prior the departure date.
