Parental Consent Form Required
Any minors traveling without their legal guardian need to have their guardian complete the Permission to Travel with Minors Letter. This letter needs to be notarized and given to the team leader to carry throughout the trip.

Responsibilities

- Attend Team Devotionals / Daily Debriefing
- Assist with work around the facilities
- Participating in crafts or sports games with local children
Restrictions
- You have to be 18 years old or older.
Preparation
- Attend all team meetings (Participants can miss 1 team meeting).
- Fundraise: We encourage all team members to fundraise. This provides the people around you an opportunity to be an extension of this team through prayer and finances.
