“This short-term mission trip will serve at the Jabulani Africa Ministries (JAM) Leadership Centre and the Limpopo Dream Center (LDC). Mornings will consist of devotional times, work projects at the JAM bases, and house visits where team members will interact and pray with residents of a rural village. Afternoons will be spent working on projects and assisting with the Limpopo Dream Center (LDC). The LDC is an after-school program for primary school-age children, grades 1-7. When the kids are at the LDC, team members assist with homework, play engaging games, and share the gospel through devotionals and personal testimonies. Evenings will be spent debriefing the day’s activities, eating local foods, and hosting youth events. Team members are encouraged to develop relationships with the people they meet and interact with. There will also be a Big 5 safari, with opportunities to see the wild game Africa is famous for. The team will visit and encourage GCC missionaries Brice, Samantha, and Bailey Wilson in their ministry with JAM.”
